Developing healthy habits at a young age sets the stage for a healthy future. Our Teen Strength Program is designed for 13–18-year-old boys and girls of all fitness levels. The program combines age-appropriate weightlifting and cardiovascular exercises to deliver optimal fitness and sports performance, promote an active healthy lifestyle as well as establish a lifetime love of fitness.
