Our Weight Loss & Conditioning classes are designed to give you the best of both worlds—the motivation of a small group and the personal attention of private training. Each 60-minute session delivers structured, coach-led workouts while following programs that are individually written for every member, ensuring your training matches your fitness level, goals, and progression. With more than 10 class times available, ranging from 5:00 AM to 6:15 PM, you can choose the schedule that works best for you and seamlessly book into or out of sessions through our app up to one hour before any class, giving you the flexibility to adjust your training around your life.
Every program combines cardio and resistance exercises to help you burn calories, improve conditioning, and build strength in a sustainable way. This proven approach helps you lose body fat while developing the muscle and metabolism needed to keep the weight off for good. With individualized programming and expert coaching in a supportive small-group environment, you get the structure, accountability, and results of private training at nearly half the cost.
